With close to 20 years of combined experience in some of the top kitchens in Australia and the world, we’ve gone back to the one thing that has always put a big smile on our faces: gelato!

Our artisanal gelato are crafted in small batches. Every flavour has been inspired by a classic Filipino dessert, cocktail or produce, with each getting our own creative touch. Each item is made from scratch, from the bases to the garnishes, using the best quality ingredients.
